In January 2027, the visionary world of M.S. Bastian and Isabelle L. will unfold at the Musée Visionnaire in Zürich through an extraordinary new collaboration with Meta Marie Louise.

Bastian and Isabelle L. create densely layered works that oscillate between comic surrealism, mythological fragments, pop iconography, and psychedelic dreamscapes. Their paintings pulse with hidden narratives, grotesque humor, delicate chaos, and an almost childlike freedom that invites viewers into labyrinthine worlds suspended between fantasy and reality.
Inspired by these vibrant visual compositions, Meta Marie Louise will compose and record entirely new music especially for the exhibition. The band’s immersive sound language - blending experimental improvisation, atmospheric textures, analog electronics, and cinematic moods.
